Pet Neutering

At Jones the Vet we advise neutering your pets unless you want to breed from them

Pet neutering (or castration for the boys and speying for the girls) helps to stop unwanted litters, reduces the likelihood of certain diseases and cancers, helps reduce territorial marking and helps reduce certain kinds of aggression.

We think pet neutering is worthwhile as it makes your pet easier to look after and helps reduce unwanted behaviours. Pet neutering usually takes place at six months of age.
